Note: All sellers also have a 3% payment processing rate in addition to the StockX transaction rate.
Your seller level is determined by your sales activity (number of sales OR the total value of sales in USD) on StockX. Activity resets at the end of each calendar quarter. You must continue selling in order to maintain your Seller Level.
You can level up at any point mid-quarter once you reach the sales requirements for the next level.

How do I sell on StockX?
There are two ways to sell on StockX: placing an Ask or Selling Now.
"Sell Now" sells your item to the Buyer with the highest bid immediately, even if it's lower than the lowest Ask. Placing an "Ask" allows you to set how much you think your particular item is worth. Buyers can only purchase from the lowest Ask available, so if that's yours, a Buyer will buy from you as soon as they're interested in meeting your Ask price.
As a seller, how and when do I get paid?

How much does shipping cost for sellers?
As a Seller, your shipping cost is deducted from your total payout.
Once a transaction is complete, you will receive a shipping label in the "My Account" section of the site. You are responsible for packaging and dropping off the item with the shipping carrier using the label provided. After the product arrives and our team of experts verify the item and condition, your payout will be released.
I just sold. How long do I have to ship?
As a general rule, Sellers have two working days to ship sales.However, there are exceptions for selected new release products to accommodate shipping times from retailers. The current exceptions are detailed below:
• Sneakers sold on the release day have one (1) additional working day to ship (3 days total).
• Supreme items sold on the release day have three (3) additional working days to ship (5 days total).
• KAWS releases sold on the release day may have up to ten (10) additional working days to ship (12 days total).
What does Deadstock mean?
Sneakers and shoes sold on StockX are considered "deadstock" which means that they're new and unworn at the time of sale...
How can I submit a request for an item to be added to StockX?
If you don't see a sneaker that you're interested in selling or purchasing, you can submit a request to StockX to have it listed through our Product Suggestion form, which you can navigate to by clicking the Product Suggestion link located in the footer of any page.
After you submit this form, you will receive a notification on the product submission that we've received your request. Our team will review your submission, determine the fit for our marketplace, and align it with the team's priorities.
