Due to the recent Covid situation, our courier partner, SF Express has suspended HK services into Mainland. StockX is committed to serving all our customers in Mainland. In the meantime, we have secured UPS to deliver our parcels from HK to Mainland.
Once a parcel arrives in China, UPS will inform our customers by phone. UPS will explain the process and request the customer’s email address to send over the required forms for customs clearance. UPS will request the following information and documents*:
- Identification Card (Front and Back Colour Scan)
- Personal Shipment Power of Attorney form
- Self Declaration list
- Screenshot of the StockX trade (include order number)
All of the above will be emailed back to UPS and sent to customs along with the StockX Commercial Invoice already in their possession.
Once customs clears the parcel, UPS will disperse and deliver.
StockX is closely monitoring the situation and will make necessary changes as soon as we can. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your continuous support for StockX.
