Make a statement with the Supreme Alphabet Water Short. Part of the brand’s large Spring/Summer 2018 season, the new piece gives us some gear for the pool parties running this summer. The water shorts are the foundation for their “Alphabet” graphic. The graphic is based off original artwork by French artist Erte. Each letter of the alphabet is made from different imagery. But being Supreme they had to put their own spin on his alphabet art, namely adding a profane phrase between the letters F and G. We are lucky to even see these shorts release as reality in 2018 it was rumored that there was a cease and desist order in place preventing Supreme from using the graphic. But luckily it seems like a resolution was come to terms as the “Alphabet” look was released later in the season. Made from a poly with mesh lining, the shorts are seen here in a black base. On seam hand pockets were added along with a single rear pocket with snap button closure. An elastic waist with interior drawcord make sure the short stays in place. The graphic is used throughout the short on the front and back. Made in four color options the Supreme Alphabet Water Short sold for $118 when it released on June 28, 2018. Cop your favorite color of the shorts along with the matching towel now on the marketplace.
