Another week and another hoodie option from the king’s of hoodies. Supreme dug into their extensive bag of designs and came through with the new Supreme Chainstitch Hooded Sweatshirt. Made in six color options the hoodie was part of the Fall/Winter 2018 week 13 release. The body of hooded sweatshirt was made in basic black using the popular and comfortable cotton fleece we appreciate. The pullover option has the normal pouch pocket added across the mid-section with ribbing on the sleeve and waistband. Contrasting with the body is the classic red Supreme tags on the neckline. But the star of the show is the addition of the colorful embroidered graphic on the chest. Featuring an image that seems to be Picasso-inspired the multi-colored piece was added using a chain stitch. The classic technique combines a series of looped stitches to create a chain-like pattern. This allows it to form flowing curved lines and mimic drawing in thread, the only way to create images like the one seen here. The unique piece will be sure to turn some heads and be a favorite amongst Supreme fans. Selling for $168 when it released on November 15th, 2018, the Supreme Chainstitch Hooded Sweatshirt was a standout piece from the week’s options.
