The Supreme Fall/Winter 2019 Week 7 drops brought us the new Supreme Delta Logo Hooded Sweatshirt in multiple color options. For those who have been paying attention this season the Delta logo has been seen a few times already. Arguably the best new logo of the season, the streetwear brand called upon the assistance of iconic graffiti artist for his take of their name. The Dutch artist has been tagging and writing for decades. One of the originators of graffiti art with 3-dimensional flair, his pieces could never be a quick piece. Each piece is thought out and turn into some of the most intricate graffiti pieces.
For his work with Supreme, he was asked to reimagine the brand’s name in the style of a piece he did back in 2000. So he went through his own notes and came back with his rendition. Through trial and error of over 20 different variations, we get the Supreme Delta logo we see here. The logo is, of course, the main feature of the classic Supreme hoodie. Seen here in classic heather grey, the body is made from the normal heavyweight cotton crossgrain fleece we know and love. Full pouch pocket and ribbed detailing are all normal features. The simple base is the perfect foundation for the printed multi-colored logo added to the chest. Another small addition of color is seen on the embroidered logo on the hood.
Made in six color options, the Supreme Delta Logo Hooded Sweatshirt was released online and in-store for $158 on October 10th, 2019. Hopefully, we see more Delta Logo pieces this season. Snag this and the other Supreme x Delta pieces on the marketplace.
