The new Supreme Delta Varsity Jacket might become your new favorite jacket option for the year. Part of the extensive Fall/Winter 2019 week 4 apparel collection, the jacket is seen here in its red colorway. The most important factor to know about the jacket is that the new logo design is made from famed graffiti artist, Delta. The Dutch artist has been in the game since the ’80s. One of the originators of painting with 3-dimensional flair, his pieces aren’t an easy 5-second tag. Each are thought out, intricate pieces. For his work with Supreme, Delta was asked to reimagine the brand’s name in a style of a piece he did way back in 2000. So he went through his own notes and came back with his rendition. Through trial and error of over 20 different variations, we get the Supreme Delta logo we see here. The logo is, of course, the main feature of the jacket, embroidered both onto the chest and back. The jacket itself is a simple wool blend dye red with quilted stain liner. Every detail is matching the body color so that the logo is the star of the show. Made in sizes small through x-large, the varsity retailed for $338 when it released at most Supreme locations on September 19th.
