Supreme’s sponsors a number of professional skaters but their most well known is Mark Gonzales aka the Gonz. The professional skateboard and artist has long ties with the streetwear brand. He could be found hanging out at the original shop since their early days. Eventually he was brought on as a collaborator and sponsored skater. In addition to collaborative collections made you can see Gonz artwork in various Supreme shops worldwide. The Fall/Winter 2017 season brought about their largest collection of apparel and accessories. The focus of the newest collection was around new original artwork based around heads. One of the pieces seen was the Supreme Gonz Work Shirt seen here in its light burgundy colorway. The short-sleeved button up with made from a cotton blend for breathability and comfort. Featuring dual chest pockets on the front, a small Supreme tag is added onto one pocket. But this piece is business in the front and party in the back. The rear is where we see one of the Gonz head piece added to the middle and giving the piece more color. We also see “SUPREAM” added, a joke and spelling the artist has used for years.
