Turn some heads and raise some eyebrows when you rock the Supreme Hellraiser Football Jersey. For the Supreme Spring/Summer 2018 season the streetwear brand collaborated with British horror film Hellraiser. Now over 30 years old, Clive Barker’s original film was the beginning of a long and storied franchised. Since its release in 1987 there have been ten Hellraiser films. The story at its core is actually a love story, but the focus has been on sadomasochistic creatures and their leader, Pinhead. A mixture of gore and eroticism, its no surprise that Supreme would enjoy the franchise. The jersey was made form black poly eyelet mesh on the base with the yoke and sleeves in a red camouflage. Added to each jersey was a special athletic label added onto the lower front. Being a collaborative piece the focus was on the added graphic. The image from Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth was the focus and it was split into two parts. On the front the printed graphic focused on Pinhead’s face looking right into your eyes. On the rear the second half of the image was added showing Pinhead holding the puzzle box from the film. On the box we see the addition of the Supreme name.
