The Supreme Levi’s Pinstripe 550 Jeans were released to match trucker jackets dropped at the same time. The two iconic brands join forces for a new season of collaborative goods. Whereas Fall/Winter 2017 had a jacket and overalls Spring/Summer 2018 has the jeans paired with a jacket. And unlike last season’s snakeskin print the new season adds a more subtle addition of pinstriping to the exterior of the jeans. Although the jacket was the main feature of the collection that doesn’t mean the pant options should be overlooked. The model of choice was the 550, a relaxed fit option with similarities to the classic 501 but with more room in the butt and thigh. Sitting right at the waist with a lightly tapered leg it has a zip fly with button closure and familiar 5-pocket setup. The custom fitted stone washed denim is seen here in black, one of three options made. Levi’s and Supreme co-branding was featured on the hardware used on the jeans. Added to the denim is the addition of thin, white striping used all over the jeans. Finishing off the look is the addition of the iconic leather patch on the rear with Supreme branding added. Selling for a retail price of $178, the Supreme Levi’s Pinstripe 550 Jeans was made available online and most Supreme shop locations on May 24th, 2018.
