The Supreme Spring/Summer 2018 collection had a fresh rendition of the iconic varsity jacket. For the new season the streetwear giant decided to change it up and feature corduroy as the main material. A big change from the normal choice of leather or wool, the corduroy choice could be the start of a new trend. The body is made from a cotton corduroy in bright white, the vertical lines adding contrast to the body. Classic snap buttons are used with slanted hand pockets. On the interior a padded poly liner is used along with left chest pocket. To add some contrast to the body the neck, cuff and hem all have brown and navy striping. Completing the look is the Supreme name added diagonally across the body in a navy double layered twill along with cross graphic on the lower right side. Made in five very different color options, Supreme sold the varsity jacket for $198 when it released on February 15th, 2018. The lighter option makes sense for the Spring weather.
