Show your pride to the good old US of A with the new Supreme The North Face Statue of Liberty Mountain Jacket. Part of the Supreme Fall/Winter 2019 week 10, the jacket is part of the latest collaboration between the two brands. Teaming up once or twice a season, this much-anticipated capsule collection has arrived. The focus of the assortment of apparel and goods is New York’s Statue of Liberty. The iconic statue gifted to the United States is now representative of not only the country but of freedom and democracy. An image that is recognized all over the world, the zoomed-in face of Lady Liberty is the main feature of the jacket, added to the front and back.
With only five pieces in the collection, it was no surprise that the Mountain jacket was a popular pickup. Like mentioned the zip parka has the graphic added on the front and back. The body is clad in primarily yellow, one of three color options. Black nylon was added to the wrists and shoulder blocking, which is also where we see the classic The North Face patches embroidered in. On the right sleeve the two brands logos are added, a familiar look to most their collaborative efforts. Built on a nylon base, the parka is waterproof with seam-sealed GORET-TEX construction. Other details included zipped alpine pockets, triple interior pockets, and a packable hood. Velcro on the cuffs and interior shockcord on the hem ensure proper fitment and protection to the weather. Retailing for $398, the Supreme The North Face Statue of Liberty Mountain Jacket released with the entire collection on October 31st, 2019. A quick sellout, all sizes, and colors are available now on the marketplace. If you were lucky enough to grab one on release day, share it with us on IG, and remember you can list an Ask on StockX showing buyers you are ready to sell.
