The base for the zipper was the Armor Case model, which is a bit shorter from a standard Zippo but has similar dimensions. The major difference is the case has a 50% thicker wall, making it more rugged. All the classic Zippo properties are intact including the ability to keep a flame lit without holding anything down and signature click sound when closed. The body is the finished in the signature Zippo finish of Spectrum. It is characterized with a multicolored, prismatic appearance. Every Spectrum lighter varies slightly and is unique.
