Special Field (SF) Air Force 1

Nike released the Special Field (SF) Air Force 1 over the weekend and it’s the best thing to happen to Air Force 1s in years. The Nike Air Force 1 has been slow moving for what seems like a decade or so, but the Special Field AF1 has reinvigorated the classic basketball sneaker. The Air Force 1 originally released in 1982 and was worn by a handful of Nike sponsored athletes like Michael Cooper, Moses Malone and the rest of the “Original 6” from the iconic Nike advertisements. In 2016, the Air Force 1 has lost a lot of energy to more comfortable and lightweight sneakers. However, winter is coming. The SF Air Force 1 is ready for whatever nature is going to throw at us this year with a ballistic upper, dual removable straps and like an ode to 90s skate shoes, the “espionage” pocket that serves as stash spot for any of those “extracurricular” activities you partake in. 5 colorways of the SF Air Force 1 released on November 5th, 2016 and you can grab all the colorways now on StockX.
