As a seller, how and when do I get paid?

Seller payouts on StockX are processed daily through Hyperwallet, a PayPal service, for both the Verified and Listings Marketplaces. Payouts are issued as a lump sum each evening based on all eligible orders completed that day. Sellers in the United States can also opt to receive earnings via StockX Balance. Verified Marketplace payout timing
Once a new, unworn item is sold on the Verified Marketplace and passes StockX verification, the order becomes eligible for that day's payout cycle. Sellers in the StockX Verified Seller Program are paid out on the day the item ships.

Listings Marketplace payout timing
After a used or unique item is sold on the Listings Marketplace, StockX initiates the seller payout after the carrier confirms delivery.

Daily payout schedule
StockX processes one lump sum payout daily for all eligible orders on the Listings and Verified Marketplaces, including StockX Balance, Flex, StockX Verified Seller Program, and successfully verified orders.
  • Each payout cycle closes at approximately 6:30 PM ET
  • Payouts are issued at approximately 7:00 PM ET
  • If a payout fails, all payouts are retried in batches

High-volume sellers may receive more than one payout if the total payout amount exceeds limits set by their financial institution or StockX's payout provider.

Payout methods
Sellers can receive payouts via PayPal, bank transfer, Venmo (US only), or debit card (US only). Sellers in the United States can also opt into StockX Balance to store earnings in their StockX Wallet. Keep in mind, prepaid cards of any kind are not supported as a payout method.

Payouts are issued in the currency selected on your StockX account unless you choose otherwise when setting up or updating your payout information. Learn more: What payout methods are available to sellers?

Viewing payout details
An itemized breakdown of each payout, including individual sales, the provider transaction ID, and total invoice amount, is available in your seller export. Access your seller export from your Selling profile.

Please note: if funds are sent to an incorrect account, StockX will attempt to reclaim and reissue the funds, though reclaiming sent funds is not always possible.
