Hot Wheels X Tesla Cybertruck 1:10 Scale RC Car (2021 Version W/ Cyberquad)
2021 saw Elon Musk take significant strides in the billionaire space race, host Saturday Night Live, and announced that he is quite literally taking Dogecoin to the moon early next year with his Doge-funded satellite project. He even managed to set the toy world on fire by releasing his third RC Cybertruck collaboration with Hot Wheels. This edition of the Hot Wheels x Tesla Cybertruck RC Car came with several upgrades from past versions, including a controller inspired by the actual steering wheel of the Tesla Cybertruck, as well as a free-wheeling replica of the Cyberquad, that can be easily transported in the bed of the truck. Even though this edition of Tesla’s Cybertruck sold out nearly instantly upon release, it has been regularly selling for below retail on StockX.
Hot Wheels Gucci Cadillac Seville
It is no surprise that Gucci has been celebrating its 100th birthday in opulent style this year. Before the luxury brand stole every headline with its posh rendition of the Xbox Series X, it teamed up with Hot Wheels to give us a 1/64 scale die-cast model of its famed 1982 Gucci Cadillac Seville. The collaboration between Gucci and Cadillac began in 1979 when Dr. Aldo Gucci, one of the three sons of the brand’s founder, Guccio Gucci, designed the first Cadillac Seville by Gucci. This toy is the first Hot Wheels from Gucci and is rich with details from the original including Gucci’s double G on the rear of the car, and even gold piping on the seats. 5,000 of these models were made available online and in select Gucci stores, but you can still cop one today with ease on StockX.
Hot Wheels 64′ Impala Special Edition Pink
In April of 2021, Hot Wheels released their inaugural 1964 Impala dressed in a blazing hot pink paint job, finished off with a decorative rose print on its hood and sides. This Not-So-Tame Impala was built with adjustable axles that make it fully posable, so it can sit low, high, or be positioned side-to-side to reveal the chrome-plated chassis and adjustable suspension. To complete this vibrant vehicle, the model comes packaged in a custom Chevrolet box and includes a mirror with a matching rose pattern for the car to be displayed on so you can get a glimpse of every angle, no matter where you place it.
