Spring is here, and you know what that means – brighter days are literally and figuratively ahead of us. With the days getting longer and the mercury beginning its slow and steady climb north, it’s time to refresh your fits.

Spring dressing is all about lightening up your look – not just from a layering perspective, but from a colour point of view as well. I’ve gotta be honest – most of the time these sorts of ideas miss the mark. Brands try to almost reverse engineer an already established look from the street, and most times the culture doesn’t adopt it. But these – these work. 

The NikeCraft General Purpose Shoe Tom Sachs Archive Dark Sulfur is a true all-rounder. The New Balance 550 – you either have them, or you’re about to. That’s how it goes in 2022 with the New Balance 550. I don’t make the rules but I will enforce them.

I honestly thought the Fear of God thing was going to fade out, and then Jerry Lorenzo (if he was Australian we would call him ‘Jezza’ in the spirit of creating nicknames out of literally any name) goes and drops a fresh set of colours and styles on us, and we’re right back here.
