Two of the biggest watch events of the year happened over this past weekend in New York, and were on the ground at both to take it all in and do a little watch spotting. First, the Wind Up watch fair took place in its usual spot within the Chelsea Market, hosting over 40 brands from independents, to the likes of the Swatch Group’s Hamilton. The show is organized by the good folks at Worn & Wound, and StockX was a proud sponsor. Thank you to all who made the trip to the show, we thoroughly enjoyed meeting each of you.
About 20 blocks north, WatchTime Magazine was hosting their 5th annual WatchTime New York even within the beautiful Gotham Hall. There, some of the world’s most prestigious brands were on hand to show off their latest creations. Think MB&F, Voutilainen, Greubel Forsey, and A. Lange & Sohne.
As you might imagine, the above events attracted its fair share of impressive hardware on the wrists of attendees as well. We hit the ground at each to give you a sense of what we saw from the booths to the public.
