The NBA Europe game moved from London to Paris for the first time this year, with the Charlotte Hornets taking on the Milwaukee Bucks. As youād expect, a number of PSG players were spotted courtside dressed in the best heat from Jordan, Nike, and Off-White. But it was Kylian Mbappe who pulled out the biggest flex, with the France international star giving the world a first up-close look at the Air Jordan 1 Retro High Dior.
Celebrity Co-Signs With KOCHĆ
High-end streetwear label KOCHĆ remixed a selection of PSG jerseys for their SS18 collection. The range was seen on a number of celebrities over the following weeks, including Beyonce and Gwen Stefani. The Parisian powerhouses joined forces again last summer to host a fashion show that also saw the launch of the clubās official away jersey for the 2019/20 season.
Travis Scott Unveils PSG x Jordan Apparel
With an official PSG x Jumpman clothing range just a rumour at this point in time, it was Travis Scott that gave us the first glimpse of what might come. Days before an official announcement, La Flame took to the stage at Caberet Vert Festival in the Paris-branded swingman jersey, instantly sending the internet into hyperdrive and cementing Les Rouge et Bleu as football’s most fashionable club.
Kylian Mbappe Debuts Off-White Range
As we mentioned back during the NBA Paris game, Kylian Mbappe is no stranger to introducing new heat. Look no further than when he took over the front cover of French magazine, LāOfficiel Hommes, decked out in all Off-White, just days ahead of the brandās football-inspired Mercurial collection launch. Doubling down on Mbappe’s reputation as one of football’s most fashionable players, the Frenchman debuted the Off-White Mercurial football boots that same week against Monaco.
A Hat-Trick Of collette Collaborations
Legendary Parisian boutique colette collaborated with PSG on a number of occasions before closing its doors back in 2017. The store initially hosted a launch event for the clubās new kit in 2015, creating co-branded scarves exclusively for attendees. A few years later, the brands linked again to celebrate the Rolling Stonesā No Filter tour arriving in Paris. The capsule included apparel and skateboards alongside a limited edition pair of Air Max 1s. PSG honoured the store during its closing celebrations by launching a colette blue and pink inspired version of their jersey.
Justin Timberlake Wears Air Jordan 5 PSG F&F
Excuse the cringe creasing in the photo above. Justin Timberlake was heavily involved in the tease campaign of the Jordan x PSG collaboration, wearing a Jumpman and PSG branded jacket on stage in Paris in July 2018. A few months later, Timberlake rocked the F&F version of the Air Jordan 5 Retro PSG on stage at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas.
