The Reverse Shattered Backboard Jordan 1 was initially scheduled to release on October 1st but the release date has been changed. Although most international retailers have received their pair of the Air Jordan 1 Reverse Shattered Backboard, the stateside release has been pushed back to October 8th, 2016. The colorway, which follows up last year’s version, is inspired by Michael Jordan’s exhibition tour with Nike back in 1985 that he broke the shattered the glass backboard with a slam dunk. The legendary story has created buzz and even become a colorway on the latest signature Jordan model, the Jordan XXX1. The release has seen quite a bit of action, especially on the Bid side, even above the retail price of $160. Take a look at some of the official images below courtesy of Sneaker News.
