October's new streetwear additions include extensive merch drops from Travis Scott and Kanye West, a Nike collaboration for Cactus Plant Flea Market, and another successful Uniqlo collaboration.

This October was a huge month for new streetwear additions on StockX. Travis Scott had what we think was his most active month of the year, dropping a collaborative apparel capsule with Jordan Brand alongside the Jordan 6’s, and released an extensive amount of merch centered around his new single, “Highest In The Room.” Cactus Plant Flea Market reunited with Nike, this time releasing apparel alongside a new sneaker, and Uniqlo added another collaboration to their roster: a several piece fleece capsule with Engineered Garments. Kanye West also finally (FINALLY) dropped his Jesus Is King album which along with it came an ungodly (pun intended) amount of merch to match. Scroll down to read further on all of the new streetwear added to StockX in October.

Travis Scott had a huge month, or at least a big week. Not only did he finally drop his single “Highest In The Room,” (read below for more on that), he also dropped yet another collaboration with Nike, headlined by the Jordan 6’s he wore while performing at the Super Bowl. The included apparel collection was an instant hit, populating our top 20 best-selling products all month in November. The hoodies carry with them a Warren Lotus-like design of Michael Jordan dunking a fiery basketball on the front with Scott’s “Cactus Jack” Logo embroidered on the back. The entire Travis Scott x Jordan Brand collaboration can be shopped on StockX here.

Picture this: It’s August 2018. Things are looking bleak. But wait just a minute, a new Travis Scott album is coming out and it’s been two years. Maybe there is some hope for this abomination of a year. While that scenario is a blazingly optimistic look at the year of 2018, Travis Scott did something unique with his release of Astroworld, just ask Nicki Minaj. Nicki was upset that Astroworld kept her from #1 status one week after it’s release and to her, Travis Scott’s merchandise bundles were the reason, and in all reality, she may have been correct as that did seem to inflate album sales. In 2019, Travis Scott CLEARLY learned his lesson as he’s now dropped over 20 apparel items alongside his SINGLE, “Highest In The Room.” No question about it, the man has figured out how to make money in this music industry and we’re not mad about it at all. Shop everything Travis dropped for his single on StockX here.

After releasing their collaborative Air Vapormax with Nike back in the spring and their sponge-like blazers over the summer, Cactus Plant Flea Market and Nike have returned with the release of a collaborative apparel collection alongside customizable AF1’s. The logo-heavy apparel collection featured six items including a hockey jersey and an anorak. The collection sold out almost instantly on both Nike and the CPFM website and has since been selling in major numbers on StockX. Shop the Cactus Plant Flea Market x Nike apparel collection here and read more about the brand and collaboration here.

Uniqlo x Engineered Garments

After a rather warm September, the fall weather arrived with dramatic swiftness in October. Lucky for all of us, where there is fall weather, there are fleeces to be had. This year, New York brand Engineered Garments had us taken care of. October’s Uniqlo x Engineered Garments collaboration is the second delivery of the partnership; they collaborated on pieced-together polo shirts over the summer. Similar to the release earlier this year, this drop featured pieced-together fleeces, using multiple different fleece materials. The collaboration as a whole resulted in thirteen pieces across four silhouettes. The entire collaboration can be shopped on StockX here.

Despite being proclaimed dead by more than a handful of publications, the tie dye trend seems to be going strong. For Sweden-based sneaker retailer, Sneakersnstuff, the summer hit has been applied to their most recent collaboration with The North Face. The capsule features two tie dye covered jackets, a pair of pants, and a hat. So if you’re looking to take the trend into the holidays, this may be the drop for you. Shop the whole collaboration on StockX here.
