While Supreme might be a “World Famous” brand name and a fashion world go-to, they know their roots are in skateboarding and the Supreme Blessed DVD and Photo Book is proof of that. Supreme’s marketing efforts are always kept to a minimum, but one area that the New York City skate shop never falls off is their skate videos. Blessed was done by William Strobeck, the NYC-based filmmaker thatpreviously made films like cherry, PUSSY GANGSTER, and KING PUPPY for Supreme. Strobeck is one of those old school New Yorker’s, you know the type that’s heard saying, “I miss the old New York.” That’s what makes him a perfect partner for Supreme. Especially when it comes to making skate videos, because the “old New York” is the roots of Supreme and the zero f**** given attitude is what inevitably makes them cool, in the same way it makes Strobeck cool.
As expected, this Supreme DVD sold out when it initially released on November 23, 2018.
