Supreme Lipstick: Supreme Pick Of The Week

At the release of Supreme’s FW20 Preview no accessory stuck out more than the Supreme Pat McGrath Labs Lipstick. To some, it may come as a surprise that Supreme’s taken 26 years to get into the beauty products game but it couldn’t have come at a better time. Supreme usually caters to the guys, but drops directed towards all genders are the way of the future. For anyone looking to emulate the David Bowies and Tilda Swintons of the world, Supreme’s showing up just for you today. 

For their beauty debut, Supreme took their collaborative efforts a whole lot further than just slapping their logo on a lipstick tube. Supreme worked with Pat McGrath Labs for their own exclusive shade of the beauty brand’s popular MatteTrance lipstick. That means Supreme Red is officially a lipstick shade! The lipstick tube features the signature Pat McGrath Labs golden lips over a Supreme logo. Priced out at $38 USD the Supreme lipstick is guaranteed to be one of the flips of the season and a flex only some will actually be able to pull off.

Just a day before its release, Supreme dropped a teaser video featuring their model and skate team member, Sean Pablo, having the lipstick applied. This got us wondering who else might be interested in stepping out wearing Supreme Lipstick. We can certainly see the likes of Evan Mock, Ysham Jackson, and while we don’t consider ourselves prophets here at StockX but we’ve got a feeling that a picture of Timothee Chalamet rocking a Glossier hoodie and Supreme lipstick is going to end up on one of our 2021 vision boards. For those adventurous enough to try and get on the makeup trend, we say kudos. Congratulations on stepping confidently into the future. And for those who aren’t there yet, don’t worry about it. The Supreme lipstick will probably look amazing on a shelf somewhere too.
