The Supreme The Killer M-65 Jacket is part of a new collection that continued their trend of working with brands and movies that inspired them. For the Fall/Winter 2018 season they got to work with visuals and inspiration from the John Woo’s iconic movie, The Killer. The movie is a Hong Kong action film about a triad assassin with one final job and a police detective’s obsession with the hitman’s code of ethics. A visual masterpiece that amassed a cult following, much like the streetwear brand, the film is still a must-watch for action fans new and old alike. The season brought four different apparel pieces including the M-65 jacket seen here. Made in two color options here we see the olive green version that was released. Made from military spec NYCO fabric with enzyme wash administered, the entire jacket was made in that color. On the front there was a full zip closure that was hidden behind a snap placket. Top buttons were added at the neck where they also added a packable hood with zipped enclosure. Dual patch chest pockets were matched with lower front pockets. On the front the Supreme name was embroidered onto the left chest but the rear is where The Killer imagery was added. The letterbox image shows off a scene when one of the bad guys holds a hostage. The movie’s name and tag line are added just below the image. Priced at $388 the Supreme The Killer M-65 Jacket released at most Supreme locations on October 25th, 2018.
