The Jordan 1 Low OG Year of the Tiger was released to celebrate the Year of the Tiger, a holiday based on the Chinese Zodiac that recognizes traits such as bravery and courage.

The outsole of the Jordan 1 Low OG adopts a gum color and is the resting place of a white midsole with all-around stitching. A tiger skin imprint features in multiple places, including the quarter panels and a perforated vamp. The other parts, specifically the mudguard, eyestay, and heel counter feature a sail colorway. The signature Nike Swoosh appears in black on the quarter panels. It features a textured leather material and stitching on the outlines.
