The Supreme UNDERCOVERPublic Enemy Tee Black is a T-shirt made from a triple collaboration of Supreme, Public Enemy, and UNDERCOVER.

The tee is made entirely of cotton in black. On the front right, in the center of the chest, the words "Public Enemy" are inserted diagonally in large white print. The back includes the "Blow Your Mind" image. The hip-hop group's goal insignia is painted on the face of the woman who is speaking in the artwork. Finally, the Supreme logo is embedded under the UNDERCOVER branding, completing its design.
