La Nike SB Dunk High RX-0 Unicorn Gundam s'inspire du célèbre robot RX-0 Unicorn Gundam du roman. Sa structure en cuir à empiècements ressemble aux plaques que Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn présente sur le corps. Le logo Unicorn au talon et le Swoosh jaune amovible viennent compléter ce modèle.
