We’re excited to introduce StockX Balance, a new feature that allows you to store earnings from your sales directly in your StockX Wallet and earn 5% back in StockX rewards credit when using that balance to purchase on StockX.
Please note: StockX Balance is currently available only to StockX users in the United States.
What is StockX Balance?
After completing a sale, payouts for your sold item or items are available in your StockX Wallet same day. You can use those funds to shop on StockX and earn 5% back in StockX rewards credit, or withdraw the funds at any time.
Ready to Get Started? Here’s How Eligible Sellers Can Sign Up:
- Ensure you have a credit card added with a billing address in the United States, and your currency is set to USD.
- Go to your Account page and select Wallet.
- Under the “Selling” section, locate StockX Balance and select Set Up. If you have a Hyperwallet account, this will be under the withdrawal method.
- Enable Two-Step Verification and agree to the StockX Balance Terms and Conditions.
- Once complete, you can start receiving payouts to your StockX Balance!
How to Check and Use Your StockX Balance:
- Check Your Balance: Click “View” on your StockX Balance (either from the Total Buying Power section or your Payout Method section) to see your Total Balance (including pending transactions) and Available Balance (amount ready to withdraw or use for purchases).
- Shop and Earn: When making a purchase, you can apply your StockX Balance at checkout. It will be used after any gift cards or credits and before your credit card. Once your order is completed and the item ships, you’ll receive 5% StockX rewards credit on the item price and processing fee (shipping and taxes excluded).
Withdrawing From Your StockX Balance:
- To access your available balance, go to your StockX Balance transactions page.
- Click the “Withdraw” button below your Available Balance.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (up to your full available balance) and confirm.
Important Information:
- Inactive Balance: StockX Balance is currently only for U.S. users with USD currency. If your billing address changes to a non-US country or your currency changes, your Balance will become inactive (you can still withdraw, but not make purchases or receive payouts to it).
- Withdrawal Issues: Withdrawal capabilities might be temporarily unavailable if two-step verification is disabled or if regulatory verification is required. You’ll see a banner on your StockX Balance transactions page with instructions. Access may also be limited if StockX suspects a violation of Terms and Conditions.
- Regulatory Verification: To comply with laws, StockX may require additional information. You can provide this via the “IDs and Verifications” section of your Profile. Failure to complete this within 10 days may result in account suspension.
