Counterfeit & Fraudulent Content Policy — Rules around fake, misrepresented, or deceptive products and behavior, including fraudulent listings and marketplace manipulation.
Hate & Harassment Policy — Prohibited conduct targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics, including slurs, threats, and coordinated harassment.
Violence & Dangerous Behavior Policy — Content that promotes real-world violence, dangerous activity, extremism, or unsafe behavior, including in Live streams.
Enforcement Policy — How StockX reviews potential violations and what actions may be taken, including warnings, restrictions, suspensions, and permanent bans.
