What are the StockX Community Guidelines?

The StockX Community Guidelines define the standards all users are expected to follow on the platform. By using StockX, you agree to these standards along with the StockX Terms and Conditions of Use.

What the guidelines cover
The Community Guidelines include the following topic-specific policies:
  • Counterfeit & Fraudulent Content Policy — Rules around fake, misrepresented or deceptive products and behaviour, including fraudulent listings and marketplace manipulation.
  • Hate & Harassment Policy — Prohibited conduct targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics, including slurs, threats and coordinated harassment.
  • Violence & Dangerous Behaviour Policy — Content that promotes real-world violence, dangerous activity, extremism or unsafe behaviour, including in live streams.
  • Graphic & Sexual Content Policy — Restrictions on graphic gore, explicit sexual content, nudity and sexual exploitation.
  • Enforcement Policy — How StockX reviews potential violations and what actions may be taken including warnings, restrictions, suspensions and permanent bans.
