Shop with Confidence with StockX’s 14-Day Returns Policy

We heard you. At StockX, we’re committed to listening to our customers and providing the best end-to-end shopping experience possible. That’s why we’re excited to share that we are gradually rolling out our new Returns Policy to provide you with an additional layer of confidence when making your purchase.

As of today, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your eligible item to StockX within 14 days of delivery for a full refund in the form of StockX credit (minus the original cost of shipping).

To ensure we maintain the integrity of our marketplace, there are a few important considerations when making a return:

  • Returns for StockX Credit are available only for eligible items, which is determined based on the exact product and size. As of today, over half of all trades are available for returns.
  • If your item is return eligible, it will be labeled “14 Day Return” on the item’s product page at the time of purchase as well as in your Buying History in your Account Profile.
  • For items that are not eligible for Returns, check out No Fee Resale.
  • The item must be received by StockX in the same condition that it was delivered in. That means the StockX tag cannot be removed or the StockX sticker must still be attached.

How to return an item on StockX:

To initiate a return, you can visit the Buying History section of your StockX Profile and click the “Start Return” button next to the item you want to return.

For items that do not pass our Returns Verification, you will be asked to confirm your payment information and pay the cost of return shipping. Once confirmed, your item will be sent back to you.

Keep in mind, the 14-Day Returns feature is only available for orders placed after October 15th, 2024. In addition, products must be purchased using a registered StockX account. Purchases made using the Guest Checkout option are not eligible for Returns Or No Fee Resale.

Our new Returns Policy is a testament to our commitment to providing a seamless and secure shopping experience. Alongside our No Fee Resale and Buyer Promise, you can shop confidently on StockX knowing that we have your back.

Please note, sellers will not be responsible for processing or taking back the item when a buyer makes a return. Returns will be handled by StockX, and the seller’s original sale will not be impacted

We reserve the right to take appropriate action to protect the integrity of our marketplace, including suspension of a customer from the Returns Policy, for fraud, abuse or violation of our policies.
