NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS CAMPAIGN IS INTENDED FOR RESIDENTS OF UK, GERMANY, FRANCE, ITALY, AND SWITZERLAND ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE APPLICABLE NATIONAL LAW OF THE COUNTRY WHERE THE PARTICIPANT RESIDES.  DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND LOCATED IN UK, GERMANY, FRANCE, ITALY OR SWITZERLAND AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF UK, GERMANY, FRANCE, ITALY AND SWITZERLAND WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY, WHO ENTER FROM WITHIN UK, GERMANY, FRANCE, ITALY AND SWITZERLAND.

• Eligibility: The StockX Black Friday 2021 Promotion (the “Campaign”) is open to legal residents of UK, Germany, France, Italy and Switzerland, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and who are located in UK, Germany, France , Italy or Switzerland, all at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of StockX LLC (“Sponsor”), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, and advertising, promotion and judging agencies and all other service agencies involved with the Campaign, and members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household of each such employee (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. 

This Campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations (as applicable) and is void where prohibited.  Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Promotion Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign.  Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 

2. Sponsor: StockX LLC, 1046 Woodward Ave., Detroit, MI 48226, USA, https://help.stockx.com. 
3. Campaign Period:  The Campaign begins on November 26, 2021 at 12:00am Eastern Time (“EST”) and ends on November 28, 2021 at 11:59pm EST (the “Campaign Period”). The Campaign Period consists of a “Purchase Period” and a “Mail-In Period” as follows: 

• The Campaigns “Purchase Period” shall start on November 26, 2021 at 12:00 am EST and ends on November 28, 2021, at 11:59 pm EST
• The Campaign “Mail-In Period” shall start on November 26, 2021, at 12:00 am EST and ends on December 10, 2021, at 5:00 pm EST. All main-in postcards must be postmarked by the Campaign End Date (November 28, 2021) to be eligible to win.

4. How to Enter:  There are two ways to enter the Campaign:

• To enter by making a direct purchase: Go to https://stockx.com/ or the StockX mobile app, log in to your account (or create one for free) and purchase any item in the Sneakers, Streetwear, Watches, Handbags or Collectibles categories within the Purchase Period. Every eligible item purchased during the Purchase Period provides the buyer with one (1) Campaign entry, regardless of the price of the item purchased.  To receive an entry into the Campaign via this method, you must place the order and successfully complete the purchase of one item during the Purchase Period by transferring the necessary funds to the Sponsor by the end time/date of the Purchase Period. For the avoidance of doubt, purchases completed after the Purchase Period end time/date will not be eligible for entry into the Campaign, unless an entrant decides to enter the campaign without making a purchase in line with the mail-in entries detailed below.  All entries into the Campaign are eligible for General Prizes and Top Prizes, subject to the limitations (as defined below).  In order to be eligible for Verticals Prizes (as defined below), the purchased item must be in the same category (Sneakers, Apparel & Accessories, Trading Cards, Electronics or Collectibles) (each, a “Vertical”) as the applicable Verticals Prize (e.g. purchasing a pair of sneakers means you are eligible to win a Verticals Prize in the Sneakers Vertical, but not a prize in the Streetwear, Watches, Handbags or Collectibles Vertical.). 
• To enter without making a purchase: To enter the Campaign without making a purchase- hand-print your full name, date of birth, mailing address, telephone number and email address on a 3” x 5” card, and include which item you wish to purchase, and mail to: StockX, Black Friday 2021 Campaign, 5 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3TW, to receive one (1) entry into the Campaign. Requests must be postmarked and received no later than the Mail-In Period. Each mail-in entry must be in a separate postmarked outer envelope. Each mail-in entry must specify one Vertical for which you would like to apply for a chance to win (e.g. Sneakers, Apparel & Accessories, Trading Cards, Electronics or Collectibles). Mail-in entry prizes are awarded at the same time as items are purchased directly online and awarded in the Purchase Period, so mail-in entrants will be eligible for those prizes not already awarded in the course of the Purchase Period.  No facsimiles or mechanical reproductions of entries allowed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage-due mail/entries. Submissions become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. 

Each Campaign entry enables you to win one (1) of the three (3) categories of prizes (defined below). 

Limit: There is no limit to how many items you may purchase or entries you may receive for such eligible purchases or mail-in entries. Limit one (1) Top Prize or Vertical Prize per person regardless of the method of entry or number of items purchased, meaning if you win either a Top Prize or Vertical Prize, your remaining entries will only entitle you to win a General Prize. Individuals who do not provide the required information, timely submit their entry, and/or abide by these Promotion Official Rules or other reasonable instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. 

Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. Any entrant that attempts to complete or submit fraudulent entries will be disqualified (including all of that entrant’s entries) in Sponsor’s reasonably exercised discretion. Entrants may not enter with multiple e-mail addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple entrants. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities, or uses any device or artifice to register multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits any and all prizes won, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same e-mail address. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Campaign and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of the said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder.

5. Drawing:   For entrants making a purchase, on or around the date of such purchase(s) during the Purchase Period, and on or around December 19, 2021 for mail-in entrants, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) prize for each eligible purchase during the Campaign Period. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Campaign Period. The draw will be performed by a reliable computer process whereby prizes are assigned in random order, and entrants will be awarded the prizes in the order their entries are received.  

On or around the date of purchase for entrants making a purchase and December 17, 2021 for mail-in entrants, potential winners will be notified via the e-mail address and/or telephone number provided during entry into the Campaign. Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility by Sponsor. If a potential winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Promotion Official Rules, if attempted notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, if any required documents are not returned within the required number of days, if a potential winner cannot be verified, or if a potential winner is otherwise unable or unwilling to accept and claim the prize as stated, then the potential winner may be disqualified and the prize may be forfeited in Sponsor’s reasonably exercised discretion. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate entrant who will also be selected randomly. Where lawful under applicable law, winners may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and a Publicity Release, within seven (7) days of attempted notification or the prize may be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants.

6. Prize: There are three categories of prizes to be won:

1) General Prizes

2) Vertical Prizes

3) Top Prizes

Each Campaign entry enables you to win one (1) of the three (3) categories of prizes (defined below). 

All references herein to dollars or “$” refer to United States Dollars (USD).

Limit:

• Limit one (1) Top Prize or Vertical Prize per person regardless of the method of entry or number of items purchased, meaning if you win either a Top Prize or Vertical Prize, your remaining entries will only entitle you to win a General Prize.
• Winners of Vertical Prizes, where the prize won is merchandise where a size is not already specified, the winner may request a specific size, and Sponsor shall use good faith efforts to fulfill such request but cannot guarantee availability.  All product details (size, colour, material) therefore will be determined by Sponsor in its reasonable exercised discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is as of the date of printing of these Promotion Official Rules (as stated at the top of these Promotion Rules). The difference in the value of the prizes as stated herein and value at the time of prized notification, if any, will not be awarded.  
• One-Time Free Shipping Code means $13.95 off shipping costs for a subsequent order.  Discounts will be applied to shipping fees on subsequent orders only.  Shipping fees may be higher for orders outside of the United States.  
• One-Time Half-Off Shipping Code means $6.98 off shipping costs for a subsequent order.  Discounts will be applied to shipping fees on subsequent orders only.  Shipping fees may be higher for orders outside of the United States.  
• General Prizes that consist of a store credit must be used by winner within 90 days of the beginning of the Campaign Period, November 26, 2021.  Promotional codes for store credit will be available for one-time use only, and any unused balance will expire, be forfeited and cannot be used at a future date.  
• The winner of the Top Prizes that consist of a $10,000 USD store credit will receive store credit, the total for each month shall not to exceed $1,000 USD, and may not exceed a total annual aggregate value of $10,000 USD.  The winner of the Top Prizes that consist of a $5,000 USD store credit will receive store credit, the total for each month may not to exceed $500 USD, and may not exceed a total annual aggregate value of $5,000 USD.  Winners of Top Prizes that consist of store credit may redeem the credit by emailing Sponsor at the email address specified to the winner, at which time a promotional code for store credit will be issued and will be available for one-time use only, any unused balance of any promotional code will expire, be forfeited and cannot be used at a future date. At the end of one year, any unused balance of the Top Prize will expire, be forfeited and cannot be used at a future date.  
• The winner for each of the Free Sneakers, Apparel & Accessories, or Collectibles, For a Year Top Prize will receive the right to receive a promotional code for store credit each month to be used exclusively for the respective Vertical purchases (each, a “Monthly Purchase”).  The total order cost for each month may not exceed $500 USD, and all Monthly Purchases may not exceed a total annual aggregate value of $5,000 USD.  Winner must order each Monthly Purchase each month by emailing Sponsor at the email address specified to the winner at which time a promotional code for store credit will be issued and will be available for one-time use only, any  unused balance of any promotional code will expire, be forfeited and cannot be used at a future date.   The right to order a Monthly Purchase shall not carry over on a month-to-month basis (i.e., if winner does not elect a product in one month, such right to order a Monthly Purchase will be forfeited for that month and the winner will not have a right to elect two Monthly Purchases in any following month).  Winner is not entitled to the cash difference between $500 USD and the actual cost of the Monthly Purchase, or the difference between the aggregate value of the Vertical purchases and the overall value limit of $5,000 USD.  Sponsor shall use good faith efforts to ship each Monthly Purchase to the winner within thirty (30) days of receiving the winner’s order.  In lieu of taking physical possession of each Monthly Purchase, the winner may elect to relist the Monthly Purchase on Sponsor’s platform, subject to Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions then in effect, for immediate, uninterrupted trading. Any unused balance of any promotional code will expire, be forfeited and cannot be used at a future date. At the end of one year, any unused balance of the Top Prize will expire, be forfeited and cannot be used at a future date.    
• The winner for the Free Electronics and Free Trading Cards For a Year Top Prize will receive the right to receive a product each month to be used exclusively for the respective Vertical purchases (each, a “Monthly products”).  The total order cost for each month may not exceed $500 USD, and all Monthly products may not exceed a total annual aggregate value of $5,000 USD.  Winner must order each Monthly product each month by emailing Sponsor at the email address specified to the winner credit and the Sponsor’s representative will order the Monthly Product on behalf of the winner. The right to order a Monthly Product shall not carry over on a month-to-month basis (i.e., if winner does not elect a product in one month, such right to order a Monthly Product will be forfeited for that month and rhe winner will not have a right to elect two Monthly Products in any following month).  Winner is not entitled to the cash difference between $500 and the actual cost of the Monthly Product, or the difference between the aggregate value of the products and the overall value limit of $5,000 USD.  Sponsor shall use good faith efforts to ship each Monthly Product to the winner within thirty (30) days of receiving the winner’s order via email. In lieu of taking physical possession of each Monthly Product the winner may elect to relist the Monthly Product on Sponsor’s platform, subject to Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions then in effect, for immediate, uninterrupted trading. Any unused Monthly Products will expire, be forfeited and cannot be used at a future date, or month during the year. At the end of one year, any unused Monthly Products as part of the Top Prize will expire, be forfeited and cannot be used at a future date.     

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the reasonably exercised discretion of the Sponsor. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, if a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded, Sponsor shall substitute the prize with another product of equal or greater value.  Prize winners will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes and/or Products they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used except such taxes, which Sponsor is the direct subject of pursuant to applicable legislation. The ARV of the prize is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes where required by law.  Please allow 8 weeks for shipment of prizes after verification of winner.  

7. Release: As a condition of entering, entrants agree (to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law): (a) to release Sponsor, each of its affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, and agents, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (“Promotion Parties”), from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any Product except for warranty claims resulting from the delivery of a defective item,) or for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health and other damages resulting from a grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty; (b) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (c) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs.
8. Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, each winner grants (and agrees to confirm this grant in writing, if requested) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented including without limitation on paper, audio, video, audio-visual, electronic, digital or online media on worldwide basis and royalty-free basis for a term of two years as of their selection as winners.
9. General Conditions: To the extent allowed under applicable law, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undelivered, incorrect, or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Campaign or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries.   Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Campaign, or any part of it, if any fraud, bugs, virus, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Campaign, as determined by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will randomly award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation.  Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions, the website, or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right, in its reasonably exercised discretion, to disqualify any individual and his/her entries it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the website, or the operation of the Campaign or to be acting in violation of the Promotion Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Promotion Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Except where prohibited by law, this Campaign and its Promotion Official Rules are governed by English law and are subject to all applicable laws and regulations. The entire mandatory law of the country in which the participant has his habitual residence remains applicable. 11. Entrant’s Personal Information:   The personal data you provide shall be processed by the Sponsor, as data controller for the purpose of managing your participation in the Campaign and, where applicable, deliver the prize, based on the contractual relationship between you and the Sponsor.  Your personal data may be disclose to third parties and subject to international transfer to territories outside the European Economic Area. You may exercise all your rights including the right to access, erasure, rectification, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as withdraw your consent at any time and free of charge. Please see the privacy policy located at https://stockx.com/privacy for details of Sponsor’s policy regarding the use by the Sponsor of your personal information collected in connection with this Campaign.  If you are selected as a winner, your information may also be included in a publicly-available winner’s list.
12. Winner’s List: For a list of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to StockX, Black Friday 2021 Campaign Winner’s List, 1046 Woodward Avenue, Detroit MI 48226 USA.  Requests must be made by December 18, 2021.   

For all the duration of the Campaign, these Promotion Rules will be made available here together with any other promotional material regarding the Campaign.

13. Translations: Copies of these Promotion Rules in Italian, French, and German can be found here. In the event of any consistency between different language versions of these Promotion Rules, the English version shall prevail.
