Oris pushes their in-house chops to new heights.

Oris is coming for necks this year, with the release of the ProPilot X model. The watch is unlike anything Oris has released, steering far left from its models such as the humble Big Crown Pointer Dates. Just visually, it is unique in its own right and definitely has the watch world talking.

Oris’s origin traces back to its quaint German beginnings, and has been making timepieces since 1904. Since then, Oris has been known for delivering watches that have focused mainly on utilitarian purposes. Examples like the fan favorite Big Crown Pointer Date and Diver Sixty-Five have been the brand’s bread and butter, with many iterations of the two styles being updated with time. Oris does what it does best and pushes out quality watches that are there when you need it. But with the introduction of the ProPilot X, the German brand has been looking to switch some things up and bring in some new designs.

The watch is aesthetically striking off the bat, coming equipped with a skeleton dial, a trend that we see from many other brands today. This modern update only speaks to the brand striving to revamp their lineup. It is packed with a 115 Caliber movement and a 240 hour power reserve, all contained in a 44 mm case.

The Oris ProPilot X is available now and its retail price is a cool $7,600 on a titanium bracelet, while it on a leather strap will cost you only $7,200. Be the first to put in an Ask for both the leather and titanium bracelet watches on StockX!
