Jordan 1 High Dark Mocha

After a year filled with rumors and speculation, Jordan Brand is officially releasing the Jordan 1 High Dark Mocha. It’s clear why the Dark Mocha 1 is one of the most anticipated releases of 2020. The Dark Mocha’s design tributes to two of the greatest Jordan 1s of all-time, the Jordan 1 Travis Scott and the Jordan 1 Black Toe.

The upper of the Jordan 1 High Dark Mocha features a Sail leather base with black leather surrounding the toe box and Mocha suede on the heel and ankle. A black leather Swoosh, Jordan Wings logo on the ankle, and Nike Air branding on the tongue pays homage to branding that can be found on the original 1985 Jordan 1. A Sail midsole and black outsole complete this Black Toe design.

Look out for the Jordan 1 High Dark Mocha to release this Saturday, October 31st for $175 on SNKRS and at select stockists.

Jordan 5 Off-White Sail

One of All-Star Weekend’s best releases is getting a new look as Virgil Abloh and Jordan release the Jordan 5 Off-White Sail. Abloh originally previewed the Off-White Sail 5 shortly after the release of the Jordan 5 Off-White Black and for a while, it was unconfirmed whether or not this alternate iteration would hit retailers. Now, the Jordan 5 Off-White Sail is finally set to drop.

In signature fashion, Virgil has reimagined the Jordan 5 silhouette in a way that embraces the importance of Nike Air technology. The Jordan 5 Off-White Sail is composed of a sail textile mesh upper with translucent netted panels and circular window inserts throughout the shoe. 3M reflective tongues, fire red Jordan branding, and an aged translucent outsole add the finishing touches to this retro design.

Keep an eye out for the Jordan 5 Off-White Sail to release this Thursday, October 29th for $225 on SNKRS and at select stockists.

Yeezy 380 Calcite Glow

Yeezy is adding a new colorway to their expanding 380 line with the Yeezy 380 Calcite Glow. While recent 380s are known for their brown, earth-toned look, the Calcite returns to the design’s roots with a ghostly vibe just in time for Halloween.

The Yeezy 380 Calcite Glow is reminiscent of the very first Yeezy 380 release, the Yeezy 380 Alien. Similar to the Alien, the Calcite Glow features a white and grey perforated Primeknit upper and a looped rope lacing system. The main difference between the two colorways is that the Calcite Glow primarily features white throughout, with grey detailing. Also, the Calcite comes with a translucent, glow-in-the-dark sole that is guaranteed to add some extra glow to your feet.

The Yeezy 380 Calcite Glow is set to release this Saturday, October 31st for $230 on Yeezy Supply and at select stockists.

For the last two years, Nike has released Skeleton-themed Air Force 1s in October to celebrate Halloween. The Swoosh is continuing the tradition this year and releasing another Air Force 1 Skeleton, only this time with a colorful new look.

The Nike Air Force 1 Orange Skeleton comes dressed in an all-orange leather upper with a skeleton x-ray print on each side of the upper. Similar to the candle-lit glow of a Jack-O-Lantern, this release features a glow-in-the-dark translucent sole that is geared to light up your step. Glossy black lace tags, Nike Air branding on the tongue, and a skeleton printed insole complete this spooky AF1.

The Nike Air Force 1 Orange Skeleton is set to release this Wednesday, October 28th for $130 on SNKRS and at select stockists.

Denim Tears x Converse

As a brand, Converse has been very vocal about the social and environmental causes it promotes. Last year, Converse started their Renew program, an eco-friendly initiative created to upcycle old/used materials to create new Chuck Taylor colorways and models. They have promoted many campaigns this year to encourage Americans to vote for this year’s historic election. And this week, Converse, in collaboration with streetwear label, Denim Tears, is set to release an All-Star 70s colorway that highlights the struggles of being Black in America.

The Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star 70s Denim Tears will arrive in both Hi and Low silhouettes, each featuring identical design patterns that pay homage to the Pan-African flag. The upper is composed of two different canvas prints. Black and red striped canvas cover the siding of each shoe and a green printed canvas donning black stars takes up the tongue. Metal eyelets, a traditional Chuck Taylor All-Star stamp on the inside ankle, and a white sole with green and red piping finalize the design.

Both Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star 70s Denim Tears models will release globally this Thursday, October 29th on the Converse website and at select stockists. The All-Star 70s Hi will retail for $100, and the other version, the Low, will retail for $95.
