PSA: Daylight Savings Time Begins Sunday, March 10th

Better to prepare now than Sunday night.

Better to prepare now than Sunday night.

This is an eventful time of the year for watch enthusiasts. First, the jump from February to March is what perpetual calendar owners live for. It is the defining function that separates the uber-complication from an annual calendar (and every other calendar complication), in that the date, day and Month will jump in unison from February 28th, to March 1st. Second, is Daylight Savings Time, which begins this year on Sunday, March 10th. Not every state recognizes DST (looking at you, AZ), but if this affects you, it’ll mean moving your watch(es) ahead by an hour.

So, consider this your friendly reminder to plan accordingly as to not affect your schedule going into Monday. Look at it as an opportunity to spend some quality time with your collection, and a proper distraction from the hour of sleep you’ll be losing.
