As a part of the Fall/Winter 2018 collaboration with director John Woo, this hoodie celebrates Woo’s The Killer, a Hong Kong action film about the Hong Kong Triads mixed with a touch of a love story. Originally released in 1989, The Killer has amassed a cult-like following over the years much like Supreme has in the streetwear world. The Killer is the first film that John Woo used the symbolism of white doves that his become his signature. He’s also said that The Killer was made in part as a tribute to filmmakers Pierre Melville and Martin Scorsese, whom Woo greatly admires. The Supreme x The Killer Trust hoodie features the quote, “In our profession, we shouldn’t trust anyone” emblazoned across the back. The front of the sweatshirt features imagery from the film itself. Long-time Supreme collaborator, Wu Tang’s RZA, is featured in the preview video for the Supreme x The Killer releases, which adds more demand to this release, which is one of the most popular of the season.
