Sacai has dominated 2020 with its continuous collaboration with Nike. To close out such a dynamic year in sneakers, the two brands have come together to release another colorway of their newly constructed amalgamation, the Vaporwaffle.
Just like the Sport Fuschia and Black that released earlier this fall, the new Tour Yellow colorway has a similar makeup. The upper consists of green and yellow suede, leather, and mesh with dual Nike Swooshes featured on the side panels. From there, Sacai continues its theme of adding multiple layers to their collaborations with a stacked midsole and a double-layered tongue to complete the now-familiar design.

Nike Air Max 95 Neon
The Nike Air Max 95 Neon turns 25 this year which calls for a necessary return in its original form. The Air Max 95 has seen a handful of needle-moving releases this year, featuring collaborations with Comme des Garcons and size? alongside some bold colorways. This year’s retro of the Neon 95 wraps up the year for the iconic sneaker model.
The 2020 Nike Air Max 95 retro is as OG as its 1995 debut. The original design was based on the human body, specifically the ribcage. Keeping up with the ribcage inspiration, the upper features its quintessential ripple makeup, stacking suede in a gradient pattern. Pops of neon green appear throughout from the air bubbles to the miniature Swoosh logo on the ankle. 3M detailing is featured on the heel and tongue, making this a true OG return.
The Nike Air Max 95 Neon returns this Thursday, December 17th, for $170 on the SNKRS app and select Nike stockists.
Air Jordan 13 Hyper Royal
After the hype of the Flint Air Jordan 13 earlier this year, Jordan Brand returns with a new colorway of the 1997 model. The Air Jordan 13 Black Royal is reminiscent of former NBA All-Star Quinten Richardson’s Orlando Magic Player Edition (PE) colorway.
The Air Jordan 13 Hyper Royal is made in a familiar construction. The upper holds on a mix of leather, mesh, and microfiber. The side panels sport reflective material, constructed with breathable mesh for ventilation. A holographic “23” badge on the ankle brings the sneaker to its original roots.
The Air Jordan 13 Hyper Royal drops this Saturday, December 19th, for $190 on the SNKRS app and other Jordan stockists.
Nike SB Dunk Low Sean Cliver
Nike SB and Sean Cliver come together for a holiday special with this new Dunk Low release. Sean Cliver has a knack for designing Christmas-themed sneakers, like the 2012 Nike SB Dunk Krampus and this week’s latest release keeps the holiday spirit alive with a brighter hued Dunk Low.
The Nike SB Dunk Low Sean Cliver is filled with holiday cheer. The upper holds a mix of sky blue suede and white tumbled leather, adding luxe looks to the skateboarding sneaker. Next, a metallic gold Swoosh shines on the upper as well, matching a gold speckled, blue outsole and gold embroidered Nike logo on the heel. The insoles continue the festive design, showcasing Christmas elves painting holiday toys.
The Nike SB Dunk Low Sean Cliver releases this Saturday, December 19th, for $190 on the SNKRS app and select stockists.
Yeezy 350 V2 Sand Taupe
The Yeezy 350 V2 continues its reign of 2020 with the release of the Sand Taupe colorway. The sneaker brings back adidas and Yeezy’s love for taupe colors that appeared on many of their silhouettes. Drops such as the Yeezy 500 Blush, 350 V2 Flax, and 350 Oxford Tan all feature similar hues. This upcoming Yeezy adds to that lightly shaded collection.
The Yeezy 350 V2 Sand Taupe features three colors on the sneaker’s upper. Its Primeknit construction is similar to the other 350 V2 colorways that have released. The midsole is filled with adidas’ signature BOOST cushioning to add comfort with every step, plus another set of laces are included with the sneaker to add variety.
The adidas Yeezy 350 V2 Sand Taupe releases on Saturday, December 19th, for $220 on YeezySupply.com, adidas’ Confirm App, and other adidas stockists.
