This week, Panini delivers 2021-22 Revolution Basketball with the NBA playoffs underway, and the premium 2021 One Football ahead of the NFL Draft. Magic: The Gathering introduces us to the mean Streets of New Capenna, and LEGO gives builders the chance to create three iconic Star Wars scenes with a collection of Diorama sets. 2021-22 Panini Revolution Basketball

2021-22 Panini Revolution Basketball hosts a 150 card base set that features 50 rookies selected in the 2021 NBA Draft. While there are a handful of sticker autographs, the set’s main draw is its plethora of limited print run color variation parallels, and rare inserts from subsets like Liftoff!, Rookie Revolution, Supernova, Shock Wave, plus more. Rookies to chase after including Cade Cunningham, Scottie Barnes, Evan Mobley, and Jalen Green, among others.

The 2021-22 Panini Revolution Basketball Hobby Box contains five cards per pack, and eight packs per box. Each box will add four rookies, eight parallels, and four inserts to your collection, on average.

2021 Panini One Football

2021 Panini One Football is aptly named as each box contains just a single NFL trading card, but that card is guaranteed to be an on-card autograph or an on-card autograph patch card. While the full checklist has not been revealed yet, the preview contains a wide array of NFL Legends, current stars, and rookies who made their debut during the 2021 season such as Trevor Lawrence, Zach Wilson, and Mac Jones.

2021-2022 Bowman University Football

Thanks to the new NCAA NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) agreement that was implemented in June of 2021, collegiate athletes are now able to be featured on cards even before they are ready to enter the NFL Draft. As a result, we have the College Football focused set, 2021-22 Bowman University Football that includes a 100 player base set that features many of the top performers from this past season including Heisman Trophy winner Bryce Young, in addition to other big names like Bijan Robinson, Chris Olave, Kenneth Walker III, Kenny Pickett, Malik Willis, plus more. Autographs in the set will come in the form of Chrome Prospect Autographs, 2000 Bowman, Bowman Invicta, Golden Boy, The Big Kahuna, and the rarest Prime Chrome Signatures that will see print runs of 50 or less.

2022 Panini Donruss Baseball

2022 Panini Donruss Baseball brings collectors the latest round of retro-inspired MLBPA set that feature the popular Rated Rookie cards for top first-year players like Wander Franco, in addition to a deep roster of inserts, sticker autographs, and even a small selection of relic cards. This year’s insert lineup includes several familiar options including Bomb Squad, Unleashed, and Whammy. The limited relic cards come in the form of Retro 1988 Materials which utilize the 1988 Donruss card design with a small jersey piece inserted into each card on the checklist.

The 2022 Panini Donruss Baseball Hobby Box holds eight cards per pack, and 24 packs per box, and promises two autographs, and one relic card.

Magic: The Gathering Streets of New Capenna

Magic: The Gathering Streets of New Capenna introduces 281 new cards to the decades-old TCG including 101 Commons, 80 Uncommons, 60 Rares, 20 Mythic Rares, and 20 Basic Lands. The set takes its inspiration from gangster movies that focus on organized crime in the early 20th century. The storyline sees five demon crime families ruling over the gritty city of New Capenna and fighting for control over the supply of the magical substance Halo. As the delicate alliances between the crime families begin to crumble, a mysterious figure they call The Adversary begins to make a move to take control of the city.

LEGO Star Wars Diorama Sets

Star Wars Day is just a week away, which will kick off the franchise’s 45th-anniversary celebration in the month of May. LEGO is here to transport you to a galaxy far, far away a little bit early with three brand new LEGO Star Wars Diorama sets that allow you to build three memorable scenes from the original Star Wars Trilogy including the Death Star Trash Compactor, Luke Skywalker’s trench run on the Death Star in A New Hope, and Yoda’s Hut in the Dagobah system complete with Luke Skywalker’s X-Wing sinking in the swamp.

Each LEGO Star Wars Diorama Set will release April 26th on the official LEGO website with the sets retailing between $60 and $90.
