Kith Women Aaliyah Are You That Somebody Vintage Tee Black
It’s been more than 20 years since Aaliyah‘s tragic death, yet she remains a force in the pop-cultural landscape. In honor of International Women’s Day, Kith Women partnered with the late singer’s estate and the photographer Robert Whitman for a collection featuring never-before-seen photos. Kith Women also announced that proceeds from the collection would go to the Detroit School of Arts and the I Support the Girls foundation. In addition to the Aaliyah x Kith Women collection, a slew of Aaliyah vinyl albums will be reissued this year.
Summer Walker Still Over It Urban Outfitters Exclusive LP Vinyl Gold
Summer Walker‘s sophomore album, Still Over It, receives the vinyl treatment this week with a pair of exclusive releases. The album is Walker’s searing exploration of the dissolution of her relationship with producer London on da Track. Piling on the pathos, London on da Track produces half the album! This personal and very public melodrama would be enough to sink the album into Real Housewives territory, except for the fact that the music and her songwriting are so damn good. After sharing all the feels on this album, check out her 2019 debut, Over It.

Shady Con Eminem Action Figure
Another week, another impressive record by Slim Shady. It was announced that Eminem earned the most Gold & Platinum-certified singles in the history of the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). This achievement comes, in large part, from a boost in streams following his Super Bowl performance with Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, Kendrick Lamar, and 50 Cent. Now is a great moment to rediscover Eminem‘s music and impact on the sneaker game.
Palace Elton John Skateboard Deck Multi
Grab your tiny dancers and hold them close. Palace is dropping an Elton John skate deck featuring a photo of the singer in his Bob Mackie-designed Los Angles Dodgers uniform from his famous 1975 Dodger Stadium two-night stand. This was the era when the Rocketman was at the height of his powers, and a must cop for fans of Palace, music, and skate decks alike. The deck pairs nicely with Sir Elton’s 1972 masterpiece, Honky Château, the album that gave him his first of seven consecutive number one albums in the US and paved the way for his Dodger Stadium concerts.
Lil Baby & Lil Durk The Voice of the Heroes 2xLP Vinyl Black
Thank god for record-release beef. Lil Durk is poised to release his latest album on March 11, the same day as an expected album release from his nemesis YoungBoy Never Broke Again. Durk took to Instagram challenging YoungBoy to garner more album sales. Beyond selling units, the feud between the two rappers has been simmering for the last few years but has boiled over in recent weeks. YoungBoy recently released a diss track taking aim at everyone from Lil Durk’s fiancee to Gucci Mane and Lil’ Boosie. Several days ago, a billboard appeared in Youngboy’s hometown of Baton Rouge with “Durk Better” spelled out in stacks of cash. Of course, all of this is cooked up in order to sell records, but it sure is fun. Hopefully, the albums live up to the manufactured beef.
