White as Tony Montana’s cocaine mountain in the movie, we saw the Supreme Scarface Hockey Jersey release as part of the special collaboration released for the Fall/Winter 2017 season. The jersey was just a small part of the massive apparel collection between Supreme and Universal Studios commemorating the classic film. The release consisted of a mixture of imagery from the 1983 film along with apparel inspired by the film, the hockey jersey falls into the latter. One of two colorways made of the hockey jersey, these are crispy just like a fresh pair of all-white Air Force 1’s. Made of poly pique the piece starts off with clean white base. Horizontal striping is added to the bottom, while vertical striping is stitched onto the sleeves. The number “83” is sewn onto each arm, signifying the year the movie released. Added diagonally across the front of the jersey is the Tony Montana’s nickname and movie’s title. The back of the jersey we see Tony’s last name added as well as the numbers in bold font. Both colorways of the jersey released online and most Supreme stores on October 12th, 2017, but Japan waited a few days for their drop.
