Greg Schwartz is the CEO and co-founder of StockX, a Detroit-based technology leader focused on the large and growing online resale marketplace for sneakers, apparel, accessories, and collectibles. The platform connects buyers and sellers using the same method as the world’s stock markets – an anonymous and transparent ‘bid/ask’ market. 

Prior to launching StockX, Greg co-founded and served as CEO at UpTo and led digital business and product development at Warner Music Group. He has been at the forefront of the mobile applications industry since its inception and led design and development for some of the first mobile phone applications available in the United States.

Greg holds a BSE in computer science from the University of Michigan. He lived in New York City before returning to his native Detroit, where he lives today with his wife and three children.

Favorite Sneaker: Crediting Virgil Abloh’s reinvention of Nike’s classic Air Force 1 silhouette, Greg’s favorite sneaker is the Off-White Air Force 1 Black White.

Katy Cockrel is the SVP & Head of Global Communications at StockX where she oversees external and internal communications. As the first-ever communications hire at StockX in 2018, Katy built the department from the ground up as Vice President of Communications, and has evolved the brand’s story from a sneaker marketplace to a leading global resale platform. 

She has over 15 years of experience in the communications field, and spent the better part of the past decade working with brands across leadership positions both in-house and at leading communications agencies.   

She holds a dual B.A. in political science and public relations from Wayne State University. In September 2023, Katy was recognized as a PR Week 40 Under 40 honoree.

Favorite sneaker: Katy’s favorite sneaker of the moment is the Nike x Martine Rose Shox MR4. Her all-time favorite silhouette, however, is the Jordan 1 with a particular affinity for the Retro High Satin Shattered Backboard.

Andy Lisk is the SVP & Head of Global Customer Support at StockX. In his role, he leads a team that is dedicated to supporting StockX customers throughout the buying and selling process. Andy has nearly three decades of experience leading global customer support teams, and previously worked at companies including eBay and Wells Fargo. 

Born and raised in North Carolina, Andy received his bachelor’s from High Point University, where he also played baseball. Today he resides in Draper, Utah with his wife and three sons, who are currently attending college. He enjoys collecting trading cards — a passion he passed along to his three boys — and remains an avid sports fan. 

Favorite sneaker: Andy’s favorite sneaker is the Nike Air Vapormax Plus Silver White.

Adam Wandy is the Chief Financial Officer at StockX, where he oversees the finance operations, analysis, tax compliance, real estate, and accounting teams. He brings more than 20 years of experience leading and developing finance teams for global companies. 

Before joining StockX, Adam spent a decade at the world’s largest ticketing marketplace, StubHub, where he served as the CFO of their North American business before leading the finance operations for their international business unit. He brings years of in-depth knowledge and experience working with two-sided global marketplaces and scaling teams for growth. 

Adam holds a BS from Binghamton University. He is a New York native, currently living in San Francisco. Outside of StockX, you can find Adam biking with his two daughters or hopping around the San Francisco restaurant scene. 

Favorite Sneaker: Adam’s favorite sneaker is the Jordan XIII Flint Blue, as this was his go-to sneaker for high school basketball.

Stephen Winn is the Chief Operating Officer at StockX. As one of the company’s first employees, Stephen was the original engineer behind the marketplace and has played an integral role in building the company since day one. Today, he leads the Product & Technology, Supply Chain & Operations, Customer Service, People Experience (PX), and Global Impact teams. Before joining StockX in 2015, he worked at Quicken Loans, where he started as an intern before rising through the ranks to become a software engineer. 

A University of Michigan graduate and proud Detroit-area native, Stephen resides in Metro Detroit with his family. In his free time, he’s an outdoor enthusiast and sports fan. 

Favorite sneaker: The Nike Dunk SB Low Cncpts “Grail” is Stephen’s favorite sneaker, and it was also his first-ever purchase on StockX.
