New VIP assistance for our most valued customers

Introducing StockX Power Exclusive Customer Service. In addition to the exciting benefits of being a Level 4 and Level 5 seller on StockX, the StockX Power Exclusive (PE) Team is here to personally support you in any way that may help or enhance your experience on our platform. Get fast resolutions to issues and receive exclusive access to contact channels like VIP-only chat and phone. It’s time to get the most out of your StockX experience. We are here to serve you.

Note: These tools are available to Level 4 and 5 sellers in the US and Canada.

VIP Callback

Want our StockX PE Team to reach out? You can now request a callback to speak with someone directly. Getting started is easy, follow 

  • Visit our Help Center
  • Log in to your StockX account
  • At the bottom of the page, there will be a button to request a callback.
  • Click the button and fill out our form to provide some basic contact info, a description of the issue, and submit the request.
  • A StockX Power Team member will reach out, usually within an hour.

  • Monday – Friday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET

VIP Chat

You can also chat live with our Power Team. Simply visit our Help Center, log in to your StockX account, and access the chat by pressing the chat bubble in the lower left corner of the page. You can also access the Chat feature in the StockX mobile app by going to your account and tapping the Chat button

  • Monday – Friday: 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. ET
  • Saturday – Sunday:10 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET

Email

In the event that the VIP Callback and Chat features aren’t available, or you simply would like an email reply, select Contact Us at the bottom of the StockX Help Center. Here you’ll be able to select from common issues or ask a question to review helpful FAQ – seven days a week, 24 hours a day. If you still need help, you’ll then be able to submit your request for an email reply from the Power Exclusive Customer Service Team.
