As a result, we know that many of you experienced delayed payouts and extended customer service wait times. We apologize for the frustration these delays have caused. We are now back to our usual payout times across our global network, and 100% committed to doing better as we balance delivering the safety of our teams and the top notch service you deserve.
To start, we’ve invested in new systems and processes to improve our service levels across the entire company as we head into the upcoming holiday season. This includes opening three new authentication centers, launching live chat, and hiring more customer service agents to ensure that you can Sell products faster and with better service.

Payout Features to Give You More Flexibility
We’ve partnered with Hyperwallet to give you more control over how you get paid for sales. We launched these new features to our most active Sellers last month, and we’ll be making them available to everyone soon.
Bulk Shipping for European Level 4 Sellers (Coming Soon)
We’re (finally) expanding one of our most popular features. In the coming weeks, Level 4 Sellers in Europe will soon be able to pack and ship up to 12 shoes in a single shipment. Stay tuned — we’re expanding bulk shipping in more countries shortly.
