World's Greatest Yeezy Boost Data Post...so far

This Yeezy data post about the Yeezy Boost 750 Light Brown (or are we all calling it the Yeezy Boost 750 Chocolate? Damn you sneaker nickname-makers!) has more data than our last Yeezy data post, therefore, by the transitive property of data-driven blog posts, this is the greatest Yeezy data post ever.  Until our next one.

The Yeezy Boost 750 Light Brown / Chocolate is set to release this weekend.  Here’s the current state of Yeezy resell to keep you ahead of the game.

Key Insights:

  • The V2 Beluga has leveled off at $763.  But, on release day, its average price was $810.  Meanwhile, October 1st-10th the average has dropped to $716.
  • The gap between the 2015 and 2016 350 Pirate Blacks has shrunk to almost zero
  • The NFL ban couldn’t help the Yeezy Cleat inevitably falling to retail.  If you’re still sitting on a pair we suggest putting them in a time capsule and hoping for the best.

Key Insights:

  • All 750s have seen their resell prices steadily decline over the course of 2016 and again most recently with the announcement of the 750 Chocolate release
  • The 750 Black and Glow in the Dark are trading for pretty much the same price
  • From February to September, the gap between the 750 Light Brown and the other colorways has decreased dramatically but is still almost $1000
