adidas Samba OG Cloud White Core Black

First released in 1949, the adidas Samba is the longest-running model that has been in production for adidas. It was originally designed as a performance shoe for footballers who played in icy conditions. To enable players on slippery surfaces, the adidas Samba features a rubber sole with grooves offering a stable grip. The Samba also features a Kangaroo leather construction with Three Stripes overlays on each side. The Three Stripes did not have a name for the model until the 1950 World Cup in Brazil. 查看更多
It has been said that the shoe was named Samba after a popular dance style in Latin America in an attempt to gain popularity in the region. Shortly after, a cleated version of the Samba would take the main stage on the German national team at the 1954 World Cup. The adidas Samba would go on to become a popular indoor soccer shoe for its versatility, but as time continued, the silhouette would become known as a street staple. At a low retail price point, the Samba is very accessible - especially for its quality and versatility. In recent years, the Samba has been the focus of many collaborations, including projects with Jonah Hill, Wales Bonner, Beyonce's IVY PARK, Craig Green, and more. It has also been offered in skate-friendly iterations through the Busenitz line. Buy and Sell adidas Sambas shoes in a variety of colorways, collaborations, and sizes now on StockX.
