The adidas NMD is an original casual shoe that made its debut in 2015. NMD stands for "nomad," the type of modern adventurer adidas designs for. The NMD incorporates some of adidas' most innovative performance technologies, including Primeknit and Boost. The NMD design team understands that comfort is as important for day-to-day activities as it is for running and jumping. While this shoe is a true newcomer, it also draws from the classics in the adidas back catalog. The influence of the Boston Super and Micro Pacer is evident in the blocks on the soles, in particular.
