This iteration of the Supreme UNDERCOVER Face Tee is made with white cotton for comfort and breathability. On the front, you can find a printed graphic of a human face with a covered mouth taking up the entire chest. On top of this photo, "Sup", part of the Supreme brand name, appears in blue with the U underlined to represent the UNDERCOVER brand. The back of the t-shirt does not have any designs except for dual Supreme and UNDERCOVER branding in black at the bottom.
