• StockX Product Offering. An SPO is when a brand releases product directly onto StockX; when a brand releases product at its fair market value.
• The format is like a single auction with multiple winners.

• Then resell opens and the product can continue trading on the secondary market.

What items are included in the Cavs Championship Court-LeBron SPO?

• A custom sneaker box made from the court that the Cleveland Cavaliers played on during the 2016 championship season.
• Certificate of Authenticity and court map. See exactly where your piece of the court was located.
• Cavs championship ring. This is a Cavs organization ring that is identical to the rings given to Cavs employees and staff (not the players) and is not available anywhere else. The one difference is that the space designated for the person’s name, we have included “ALL IN”.
• Special Packaging. The box which holds the box is a special piece in itself. We don’t want to ruin the surprise, but trust us, this is one box you will definitely not be throwing away.
• LeBron sneakers provided by Nike. Nike has provided LeBron’s first and most recent sneakers: the Air Zoom Generation First Game (the pair he wore for his first game), and the LeBron 14 Out of Nowhere (his latest model), both of which are being released for the first time through this SPO. There are two SPO’s – one for each of the two sneakers.
• Commemorative StockX Authentication Tag. This is a tag made with pieces from the actual court.

How does Bidding work for the Cavs Championship Court-LeBron SPO?

• Bidding will start on 1/13/2017 at 9 pm ET
• Bidding will close on 1/19/2017 at 11:59 pm ET
• Like a traditional auction, the highest bids win. Unlike a traditional auction, where there is one winner, in an SPO there can be many winners
• In this case, the top 23 highest bids all win! And we’re doing it twice (one SPO for the Air Zoom Generation, and one for the LeBron 14).
• Can I change my bid?
  • You CAN increase your bid.
  • You CANNOT lower your bid.
  • All Bids are binding.
  • You CANNOT cancel your bid for any reason.
• Can I place more than one Bid on the same SPO?
  • No. You cannot have multiple bids in the same SPO.
  • However, you can bid in the two SPOs separately.
• What sizes are available?
  • Because each sneaker is extremely limited, only selected sizes are available.
    1. Air Zoom Generation size run: 8, 9, 10, 11, 12
    2. LeBron 14 size run: 8, 9, 10, 11, 12
  • When you place your Bid, you must rank your size preferences, first through fifth.
  • The highest bidder will get their first choice, the second highest bidder gets the next choice and so on.
  • If you absolutely require a specific size this SPO might not be for you.
• How do I know if I have won the SPO?
  • Once bidding has closed, StockX will confirm all necessary payment details and notify winners.
  • The top 23 highest bidders for each SPO all win the item they have bid on.
• How does payment work?
  • Like it always does on StockX. Payment will be made via PayPal or credit card.
  • If you need to change your payment method, go to My Account Settings Buying Info.
  • If your payment fails for any reason, you will have 24 hours to deliver an alternative acceptable payment method.
  • If payment has not been made in full within that 24-hour period, we reserve the right to cancel your bid and award the item to the next highest bidder. Sizes will be re-allocated accordingly.
• Can I resell the Cav Championship Court SPO package on StockX?
  • Yes. After all 46 SPO Packages have been awarded and paid for, the SPO page will change to a standard StockX product page where Asks and Bids can be placed.
  • Only confirmed SPO winners will be allowed to place an Ask for the Cavs SPO package.
  • If you choose to resell the SPO package, every single item (including packaging and accessories) must be included or we will cancel the transaction and you might be subject to a penalty fee.
• How does delivery work? What if I want to sell it, do I have to take delivery?
  • Each of the 46 winners will have the option to take immediate delivery of the SPO package.
  • If you choose to relist the package and don’t want to take delivery, StockX will hold the items for you here for 21 days.
  • If the SPO Package has not sold by the end of this 21-day period, we will ship the item to the winning bidder. After taking delivery, the SPO item can be re-sold on StockX (subject to the Terms). We cannot hold the SPO Package in our warehouse for more than 21 days after the SPO closes.
• Anything else I should know about this SPO?
  • Proceeds from the Cavs Court-LeBron SPO will benefit the Cavaliers Youth Fund.
  • The Cavaliers Youth Fund, a fund of the Cleveland Foundation, supports programs for children, families and young adults designed to positively impact the community in the areas of education, health, recreation, employment, entrepreneurship, and life skill.
  • Since its inception, the Cavaliers Youth Fund has returned over $23 million to local charities.
