Where to Get Help with Flex

If you’re looking for more information about Flex or you need help with a specific topic, there are several options available.

Self-Service Options:

  • Use the Help Widget (bottom right-hand corner of StockX Pro) to:
    • Search our comprehensive FAQs in the StockX Help Centre.
    • Submit a request to our Customer Service team.
    • Track your requests.
  • Visit stockx.com/help to go straight to our Help Centre.

Contact StockX Support:

  • Use the Help Widget in StockX Pro or in the Help Centre (in the bottom right-hand corner).
  • Include your seller country, selected product details and screenshots (if necessary).
  • Include any relevant Flex Item IDs found by clicking on a listing row and opening the Details tab.

Tips:

  • Use clear keywords: “payouts”, “Flex listing” etc.
  • Add your seller account email for faster help.
