For the Fall/Winter 2017 season Supreme had some large collaboration collections such as AKIRA and the Scarface movie. We also see the streetwear brand working with their old friends at Independent for a new collection. The new collection consisted of a mixture of apparel and skate accessories. It brought some new designs along with the return of some familiar branding as well. One of the popular pieces from the collection was the Supreme Independent Trucks Anorak Jacket. The piece is both functional to battle the elements along with looking good. The anorak is made from a nylon taslan and mesh interior lining. The slate pullover jacket is half-zip with pouch pocket added. Velcro is added on top of the pockets in an enclosure along with the sleeves. Other details include elastic drawstring cords and the new Old English co-branded logo added onto the left chest. On the rear we see the entire classic Independent Truck Company added in large print. Made up in three colorways, you couldn’t go wrong with any choice including slate. The Supreme Independent Nylon Anorak released online and at most Supreme shops on November 16th, 2017.
