We require you to send us the item sold within two business days for Verification. Get Paid
We release your payouts according to your payout frequency (for most sellers, this is daily) after your item is successfully shipped and/or verified.

You can either place an Ask or Sell Now.
An Ask lets you select the price you’d like to sell your item for. If you have the lowest Ask, Buyers who place a matching Bid will automatically Buy from you. Looking for a faster solution? Select “Sell Now” on the product page to sell your item on the spot to the highest Bid.

Your seller level is determined by your sales activity (number of sales OR the total value of sales in USD) on StockX. Activity resets at the end of each calendar quarter. You must continue selling in order to maintain your Seller Level.
You can level up at any point mid-quarter once you reach the sales requirements for the next level.

FAQs
How do I sell on StockX?
You can either place an Ask for the price you’d like to sell for, or Sell Now to the highest bidder. After your item is sold, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label to send the item to StockX within 2 business days. We verify the item, and once it passes, you’ll be paid out with your chosen method.
As a seller, how and when do I get paid?
Payout settings are powered by our partner, Hyperwallet (a PayPal service), or via StockX Balance for select US sellers. StockX processes daily payouts for all eligible orders.
How much does shipping cost for sellers?
Shipping fees vary according to several factors, including the item type, price & size of the item, shipping costs determined by our carrier partners, and your location. Shipping costs can be found on our Help Center by visiting the link below.
How long do I have to ship my item after I make a sale?
As a general rule, sellers have two business days to ship sales. However, there are exceptions for new release products to accommodate shipping times from retailers.
How can I submit a request for an item to be added to StockX?
You can submit an item suggestion through our Product Suggestion form found on the link below. While all submissions may not be added to StockX, your feedback is important and will be considered in future StockX marketplace updates.
